Hey, I'm a new user here. Just rode the elevators in JP Morgan Chase Tower in NY (270 Park Avenue) and I gotta say, it was a pretty solid experience. The building is massive and the elevators are no exception.
First off, the floor buttons were easy to find and press, no problems there. The open/close door buttons were also in a good spot and easy to use. Inside the elevator, there is a digital display that shows the floor number and also has an indicator of which floors you can access with your keycard.
The ride itself was smooth, no jerky movements or anything like that. It's definitely a fast elevator too, got me to my floor in no time.
All in all, I'd rate the elevators pretty good. They're fast, smooth, and easy to use. The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded during peak hours, but that's to be expected in a building like this. Overall, a solid elevator experience.
